Greater Vancouver, Known Block by Block.

A REALTOR® who knows the difference between Sapperton and Sullivan Heights, between a Burnaby Mountain view and a Burnaby Heights bungalow. Local knowledge that wins for buyers and sellers across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

One City Off Can Mean Tens of Thousands Left on the Table.

Greater Vancouver isn't one market — it's dozens. A condo in Burquitlam moves differently than one in Cambie. A detached home in Maple Ridge prices differently than one in Maillardville. Working with a REALTOR® who knows the streets, the schools, the commute patterns, and the buyer pools for each pocket is how you avoid leaving money behind or overpaying.

Hyper-Local Pricing

Comparable analysis at the neighbourhood level — not just by city. I'll show you why one block sells faster than the one beside it.

Buyer Pool Insight

Each area attracts a different buyer — investors, downsizers, first-timers, families. I market your home to who's actually shopping where you live.

Regional Reach

From the West End to Walnut Grove, I work across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — one REALTOR®, one process, every market.

Where I Live, Work, and Sell.

These are the markets I know inside-out — the streets, the strata histories, the price corridors, the buyer profiles. If you're buying or selling here, you're getting a REALTOR® who genuinely lives this market.

Also Serving Across Greater Vancouver & The Fraser Valley

Same process, same standards, same results — across every market where my clients buy and sell.

Port Moody

Port Moody real estate punches above its size. Brewery Row, Rocky Point, the Evergreen Line, and a tight inventory of waterfront condos and Heritage Mountain detached homes make this one of the Tri-Cities' most desirable pockets. Whether you're shopping a Suter Brook townhouse, a Newport Village condo, or an Anmore-adjacent estate, Port Moody is a market where supply is thin and buyer competition rewards a REALTOR® who's ready to move fast.

Vancouver

Vancouver real estate is its own universe — East Van character homes, Westside heritage on tree-lined streets, downtown highrise condos, Cambie Corridor pre-sales, Mount Pleasant townhouses, and Kitsilano walk-ups. Every neighbourhood has its own price logic, buyer pool, and inventory rhythm. From a Yaletown one-bedroom to a Point Grey detached home, this is a market where knowing the block matters as much as knowing the building.

Port Coquitlam

Port Coquitlam real estate offers some of the best detached-home value in the Tri-Cities, with growing inventory in Citadel, Mary Hill, Riverwood, and Central PoCo. Add the West Coast Express, the PoCo Trail, and a downtown that's quietly upgrading every year, and you've got a market that's still attainable for first-time buyers and families priced out of Coquitlam proper. A great hunting ground if you know where to look.

Maple Ridge

Maple Ridge real estate is where Greater Vancouver families are heading for space — detached homes with real yards, acreage in Whonnock and Webster's Corners, new builds in Albion and Silver Valley, and a growing condo market downtown. If you're trading commute time for square footage, or stepping up from a Tri-Cities townhouse to a Maple Ridge detached home, this is one of the strongest value plays in the region.

Surrey

Surrey real estate spans six town centres and almost every property type imaginable — Surrey City Centre highrises, South Surrey luxury detached, Cloverdale family homes, Fleetwood townhouses, Guildford condos, and Newton's investor-friendly pockets. With the SkyTrain extension underway and prices still notably below the North-of-Fraser markets, Surrey is where a lot of buyers find their first home — and a lot of sellers find their best returns. A market that rewards strategy.

Langley

Langley real estate offers two markets in one — the City of Langley with its established condo and townhouse inventory, and the Township with Walnut Grove, Willoughby, Brookswood, Murrayville, and Fort Langley each carrying their own price tier. With the SkyTrain extension confirmed and new builds rolling out across Willoughby, this is a market with real long-term momentum. Whether you're after a Fort Langley character home or a Willoughby Heights pre-sale, there's a play here.

About the Areas I Serve.

Quick answers on how I handle service across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

What areas do you serve as a Greater Vancouver REALTOR®?
I actively list and sell across New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Surrey, and Langley. The Tri-Cities and New Westminster are my home markets and where I do the highest volume, but I regularly work across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley for clients who want consistent representation across multiple markets.
How do you stay current on so many neighbourhoods?
Greater Vancouver REALTORS® and Fraser Valley Real Estate Board both publish monthly stats packages I track religiously. On top of that, I tour active listings every week, talk to fellow REALTORS® in each market, and pull custom comparable analyses before every consultation. The data is the data — I just make sure it's the right data for your block.
What if my home is outside the Lower Mainland?
For areas beyond where I personally work, I have a referral network of REALTORS® I trust across BC and Canada. I'll connect you directly with a vetted professional in your market and stay involved as much as you'd like — you get someone local who's been personally recommended, not a cold introduction from a 1-800 referral service.
Do you charge more for areas further from your home base?
No. Commission structure is the same regardless of city. The marketing plan, photography, video, staging consultation, and the technology I use to drive showings — it's the same standard in every market I work.
Can you help me buy in one city and sell in another?
All the time — and it's where one REALTOR® across both transactions saves you serious time. Coordinating the close dates, bridging financing if needed, and making sure your sale and purchase don't collide is a lot easier when one person is running both sides of the move. This is a big part of what I do.
What's the best way to get started?
Text or call me directly at 778-822-8000, or book a free consultation through my contact page. We'll talk through your timeline, your target neighbourhoods, and what success looks like for your move. No pressure, no scripts — just a real conversation about your real estate goals.
