“Leaving a little sparkle in everyone I come across.”
— Juliana Vallée, REALTOR®
I'm an East Vancouver kid, raised in North Burnaby, now home in Coquitlam. Music came first — I'm a classically trained pianist, and I taught piano for over two decades. After my first child was born, my curiosity shifted to baby brain development, and I launched Birth & Beyond Total Child Development to teach new parents how to support their babies through music and movement, infant massage, and baby sign language.
Around the same time, I earned a Multimedia Design diploma from the Art Institute and founded Fusion Design — a graphic, web, and coding studio. That's where I built the eye for design and marketing I now bring to every listing.
From 2008 to 2010 I worked as a mortgage broker, which means I understand financing from the inside. I became a REALTOR® in 2010, won Rookie of the Year in 2011, ranked Top 1% from 2011 through 2018, opened a Keller Williams franchise in Burnaby in 2013 that grew to over 100 agents, and started coaching nationally with KW MAPS in 2016 — working with agents across North America.
Outside of work, I've been athletic and active my whole life. I competed in martial arts as a kid and eventually moved into Muay Thai kickboxing as an adult. The discipline of training has always been who I am.
In early 2018, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I had brain surgery at VGH in May. By July, I was in radiation — 28 sessions over the summer. The recovery left me with permanent vision and nerve impact.
My neurosurgeon told me not to go to the gym. Too much pressure on the brain. I respect doctors deeply, but I also know my body — and I knew I needed to fight back the only way I knew how. So during radiation, I trained for a bodybuilding competition. I stepped on stage in October 2018, didn't place, but received the Most Inspirational Award and was featured in Status Fitness Magazine.
After the article ran, my inbox filled up. People I'd never met reached out about what they were going through — illness, loss, recovery, fear. That's when everything shifted. I realized the story wasn't about me. It was about what was possible for anyone else willing to keep going.
My brain tumour is my gift. I know how that sounds — but it's the truth. It rebuilt me into someone who lives with deeper compassion, more patience, sharper appreciation for the time we get. It pushed me toward a life of purpose instead of just performance.
I rejoined the Top 10% of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® in 2019, 2020, 2021, and again in 2024 and 2025. I've stepped back on stage at bodybuilding shows and won — not because I love the spotlight, but because I practice being comfortable with being uncomfortable every single day. If I can do it, so can you. A portion of every real estate sale I close goes to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
I have an acquired brain injury.
